Concurrent enrollment provides an opportunity for SCC students to take CSU and UC courses while enrolled at SCC. Please meet with a SCC counselor or a transfer representative 欲知更多资料.

SB 1914 Cross Enrollment Legislation (CA Ed Code 66750 - 66756) allows students enrolled in any 校园 of the California 社区 Colleges, the California State University, or the University of California may enroll without formal admission in a maximum of one course per academic term at a 校园 of either of the other systems on a space available basis at the discretion of the appropriate 校园 authorities on both 校园es. Enrollment is excluded in the following areas: Remedial, Summer Session, Graduate.

These are the student eligibility guidelines under the law for the Cross Enrollment sb1914项目.

• Admission to a course is on a space available basis at the discretion of the host 校园.
• The student has completed at least one term at the host 校园 as a matriculated student.
• The student is taking at least six units at the home 校园 during the current term.
• The student has at least a 2.0 GPA for work already completed.
• The student has paid the appropriate tuition required by home 校园 for the semester in which the student seeks to cross-enroll.
• The student has the appropriate academic preparation, as determined by the host 校园, consistent with the standard applied to currently enrolled students, i.e.我遇到任何 先决条件.
• Extension, summer session, and other courses not supported by the state are excluded.

Cross Enrollment to CSU or UC 校园 Information Sheet

UC Berkeley 并发招生 Program:

• Download/Print and fill in the UC Berkeley Cross Enrollment Form
• Have the 转移中心 Coordinator at your home 校园 verify eligibility and sign 表单.
• Go to the class on the first day of instruction at the host university and request permission from the instructor to enroll in their class. If granted, have the instructor 在表格上签字.
• Take form with all necessary signatures to Ms. D’Nean Perkins in Sproul Hall Room 123, Rm. 5404.
• Along with petition, bring to UCB a check or money order made payable to UC Regents for the appropriate amount of the course. The courses are 每台46元.  一旦你的 application has been processed you will be given access to online course materials and the library for the term of enrollment.
• Provide a copy of fully signed petition to the 转移中心 Coordinator (room 402, 或电子邮件 transfer@索拉诺.edu).

UC Davis Intersegmental Cross Enrollment Program:

• 填写 Intersegmental Cross-Enrollment Form (D063) and have your home 校园 Admissions & Records or Dean of Counseling verify eligibility 然后在表格上签字.
• Go to the class on the first day of instruction at the host university and request permission from the instructor to enroll in their class. If granted, have the instructor 在表格上签字, making sure the course title and CRN are included.
• Take the completed form to the UC Davis Office of the Registrar (3100 Dutton Hall) 后 the 12th day of instruction at Davis
• Be prepared to pay for the course at the time you turn in the paperwork. 课程是 每台46元.

CSU East Bay 并发招生 Program:

• 填写 Application for Intrasystem Concurrent or Visitor Enrollment form, reading the instructions very carefully. It is recommended to meet with a counselor.

Sonoma State 并发招生 Program:

• Meet with the 转移中心 Coordinator to verify eligibilty for the program.
• Consult the Sonoma State schedule of classes for course information.
• Contact the instructor of the desired Sonoma State class that you wish to enroll in to obtain permission to enroll, and obtain a permission code from the instructor.
• 完成 Sonoma State Cross Enrollment Form.
• 首页 certification portion can be signed by the 转移中心 Coordinator (room 402，或电邮 transfer@索拉诺.edu).
• Return form to Kerbrina Boyd, kerbrina.boyd@sonoma.edu. There is a $10 administrative fee, and a $16 program fee associated with the program 总共26美元. The Sonoma State Admissions Office will notify you when you are 成功注册.
